1/3 c oatmeal
3 tbsp cornmeal
1 2/3 c boiling water
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp molasses
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 c whole wheat flour
1 c bread flour
1/3 c dry milk
1 tbsp gluten
1 tsp active dry yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Stir oatmeal and cornmeal together in heat-proof bowl. Pour in boiling water, stirring to prevent lumps. Let cool for about 20 minutes, then pour into bread machine pan. Add the rest of the ingredients in the order given. Follow bread machine directions using whole wheat setting. Makes about a 2 lb loaf.
