1 (10 oz) container pitted whole dates
1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
gorgonzola crumbles, to taste
whole walnuts, cut in half
prosciutto slices, cut in half if necessary
pinch of cardamom (or nutmeg) to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix softened cream cheese with gorgonzola crumbles, mix in pinch of cardamom. Carefully slice dates along long side, but not in two completely. Spread scant teaspoon of cream cheese mixture into split dates. Insert walnut slice into the cream cheese-filled date. Wrap dates with prosciutto, cutting in half if necessary. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
