1 ¾ Cups Flour
2 Tablespoons Sugar
3 ½ Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
½ Cup Shortening
1 Egg, beaten
¾ Cup Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Add dry ingredients together. Cut into shortening. Beat egg, milk and add to dry ingredients. Stir with fork till moistened. Drop by spoonful on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 12 – 15 minutes at 450 º
