1 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c granulated sugar
2 eggs, whole
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. water
2 3/4 flour
1 tsp salt
1 c. chopped nuts
2 economy sized bars of Nestle semi-sweet chocolate cut in pieces
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and eggs. Dissolve soda in water and mix alternately with flour sifted with salt. Add nuts, chocolate (now that they have chocolate chips you can use them instead of bars) and vanilla.

Drop by spoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes in 375 degree oven.
