1 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
2 c. confectioner's sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 deep dish graham cracker crusts
1 c. sliced strawberries
1 banana, sliced
1/2 c. butter
1 can (13) evaporated milk
1/2 gallon Neapolitan ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt together chocolate morsels and butter in a 3 quart saucepan. Add sugar and evaporated milk. Cook at rolling boil for 8 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly. Add vanilla and cool to room temperature (about 1 hr.) Divide the ice cream in half. Place a layer of chocolate ice cream in bottom of a pie crust; cover with a layer of chocolate sauce. Repeat process with vanilla and strawberry ice cream, ending with chocolate sauce. Garnish with sliced strawberries and bananas. Freeze at least one hour. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.

Makes 2 ice cream pies.
