Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 - 2 racks of BABYBACK RIBS
1 jar your favorite BBQ sauce
Salt & pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Heavy duty aluminum foil (18") sized roll

Directions:
Directions:
For each rack of ribs, take the Babyback ribs out of the plastic casing and pat dry. Roll our a sheet of the aluminum foil on the counter that is three times longer than the ribs. Place a sheet of foil that is the size of the ribs in the middle on top of the longer one. Place one rack of ribs on the smaller one and baste a 1/2 cup BBQ sauce all over top and bottom. Fold foil over it to make a packet doubling the top and sides to make it so it doesn't leak when turned over. Place on a large cookie sheet and bake in a 375 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours turning it over every half hour. When done, carefully open foil packet and baste with another 1/2 cup BBQ sauce and turn oven up to 425 degrees and let brown up and get a little crispy, probably 10 - 15 minutes. You may also use the broiler to do this. (You can also do this on the BBQ grill outside but try to keep the temperature between 350 and 400 or they will burn)
