1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup white corn syrup
pinch of salt
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, corn syrup, salt and milk in pan. Stir until sugar is dissolved and boil until it forms a soft ball (240º). Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Let stand 20 minutes. Add nuts and beat until thick.
