1 c (2 sticks) butter, softened
2 c sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 c all-purpose flour
3/4 c cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 2/3 c (10 oz bag) premier white chips

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350ºF. In large mixer bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla extract; beat until light and fluffy. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Gradually add to butter mixture, beating until well blended. Stir in white chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 9 minutes. Do not overbake; cookies will be soft. They will puff while baking; flatten upon cooling. Cool slightly; removed from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.
