5 cups flour
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/4 cup butter
5 beaten eggs
2 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1 1/4 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Cream butter and sugar together, add beaten eggs. In separate bowl sift flour and add baking soda, cream of tartar. Then add flour mixture to butter-sugar mixture. Roll dough thin and cut into small round amounts of dough at a time.
