1 (8 oz) cream cheese
3/4 cup chunky blue cheese dressing (Ken's)
4 oz crumbled blue cheese (or gorgonzola)
1 cup toasted & chopped pecans
assorted vegetables or crackers
Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese & blue cheese dressing, mixing well. Add crumbled blue cheese and pecans, stirring well to combine. Place in fridge for a few hours. Serve in small bowl with assorted cut up vegetables or crackers. Garnish the top of bowl with more pecans.
