1 cup finely chopped pecans
3/4 cup mayo
1 sm (4 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 tea hot sauce
1 garlic clove, chopped
2 (8 oz) extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup strawberry preserves
1/4 cup raspberry chipotle sauce, (Bronco Bob's at World Market)
assorted crackers

Toast pecans in 350 deg oven until toasted, stirring halfway. Cool

Stir mayo, cream cheese, hot sauce, garlic; then add pecans & shredded cheese. Spoon mixture in a saran-wrapped 4-cup ring mold with a 2 1/2 inch center opening (old fashioned jello ring mold). Cover, chill 2 hours.

Unmold ring onto serving platter, discard plastic wrap. Mix strawberry preserves with raspberry chipotle sauce and spoon into center of ring. Serve with crackers.
