1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, packed in water
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 cup mayo
sm block (4 oz) cream cheese, softened
chopped hot pepper (to taste)
1/4 cup parmesan or Romano cheese
1 Tbl lemon juice
1/4 cup crushed cracker crumbs (cheese nips)

Directions:
Directions:
Finely chop artichoke hearts. Add garlic, cheese, mayo, & cream cheese. Place in grease casserole dish, sprinkle with cracker crumbs & more parmesan cheese. Bake 350 deg for 30 minutes. Serve while hot with crackers.
