1-1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup white sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1-1/2 cups oatmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Beat together butter, brown sugar and white sugar at medium speed until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. At low speed, beat in flour mixture until blended. Fold in oats and chocolate chips. Cover with plastic wrap; chill for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Grease baking sheet. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place cookies, 2- inches apart on baking sheet. Flatten slightly with fork. Bake until lightly browned around edges, 10 to 12 minutes. Cool.
