Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 sheets frozen puff pastry, defrosted overnight in fridge
2 Tbl Dijon mustard
1/4 lb black forest ham
1/2 lb Swiss or gruyere cheese, sliced
1 egg beaten & 1 Tbl water, for egg wash

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 deg. Place sheet of parchment paper on sheet pan.
Lay one sheet of puff pastry on floured board and carefully roll it out to 10x12 in. Place it on sheet pan and brush the center with mustard, leaving 1 in border around the edges. Place a layer of ham, then cheese, also leaving 1 in border. Brush the border with egg wash.

Place the 2nd sheet on the floured board and roll it out to 10x12 in. Place the 2nd sheet on top of the filled pastry and line up the edges. You may but the edges straight with a knife and then press the edges together lightly. Brush the top with egg wash and cut a few slits in the top to allow steam to escape.

Bake for 20-25 min, until puffed & golden.
