4 salmon fillets, about 6 ozs. each, skin on
4 Tbsps. honey
3 Tbsps. fresh lime juice
3 Tbsps. fresh orange juice
Sea salt & freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees ;
Grease a 9 x13X2 inch baking pan.
Place salmon, skin side down, in the baking pan.
Combine the honey, lime juice & orange juice, stirring til well blended.
Sprinkle the fillets with salt & pepper, then spoon honey/juice mixture over fillets.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork.

Serve with rice or potatoes & fresh cooked green beans or peas.
