1 (6 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce
2/3 c. sugar
3/4 c. cranberry juice
2 T. Dijon-style mustard
1 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. black pepper
salt, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together sauce and sugar in medium bowl. Stir in juice, mustard, cloves and pepper. Pour over 3 to 4 lb. fresh pork roast or chops; cook covered on low until tender. If using crock pot, allow 6 to 8 hours. Adjust stove top or oven times for cut of meat. Seaon with salt; serve pan juices with cooked meat.
