Dressing:
1 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 packets of chicken flavor Ramen Noodle seasoning

Slaw:
3 bags broccoli or rainbow slaw
3 chicken breasts, boiled in chicken broth then shredded
1 small red onion, chopped
5 stalks celery, chopped
1-2 cups cashew halves
2 bags Ramen Noodles

Directions:

Mix all dressing ingredients together the night before.

Combine first 4 slaw ingredients. Pour dressing in and toss together.

Crush Ramen Noodles and mix in with cashews right before serving.

As a side dish, I often make this without chicken and it is still so good. This can feed a bunch of people for a party but even if you're not having a party, it will be gone because you will eat it all by yourself!
