Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1L Milk
125 g. Rice
1/2 tsp. Salt
Sugar, Rum or Sherry to taste
100 g. Almonds, blanched, chopped (optional)
500 ml. Whipping Cream
1 whole almond

Directions:
Directions:
Bring milk and rice to a boil, simmer over low heat for about 35 minutes or until rice is done, stirring occasionally, add salt. Cool. Add chopped almonds, sugar, rum or sherry to taste. (I think Kirsten added a bit of sugar to hers and no almonds). Whip the cream and fold into the rice mixture. Refrigerate until firm.

Place the whole almond in one of the bowls. This is supposed to be a secret - whoever gets the almond gets the "almond present".
