1 Package premade double pie crusts
7 med Gala Apples
1 Cup Splenda (slightly less)
3 TBsp Corn Starch
3/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/8 tsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º

1. Peel, core and chop Apples, place into bowl & set aside
2. Combine Splenda, Corn Starch, Cinnamon, Nutmeg & Salt. Sprinkle over Apples & toss gently
3. Open pie crusts and place one in slightly greased pie plate
4. Spoon Apples into pie crust, top with second crust. Seal and flute edges. Make small openings on top.
5. Cover edges with foil. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes until top is golden brown.
