1 Chocolate cake mix (dry)
2 eggs
1 stick butter melted
Mix together. Batter will be stiff. Spread in a greased 9x13 pan.

2nd layer
8 oz cream cheese softened
2 eggs
3/4 box approx 3 cups powdered sugar
Mix together. Spread over first layer.

cocoa powder.. 3 tablespoons
powdered sugar.. 1/2 cup

Directions:
Directions:
Bale at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Top with mixture of cocoa powder and powdered sugar.

Let cool before cutting.

You may use commercial prepared brownie mix for the first layer. But do not use the type with extra syrup or it may not cook properly.
