1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
6 potatoes peeled and cubed
1 stick of butter
Chicken Broth
1 Can evaporated milk
Milk as needed

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery and onions until tender. Put potatoes in large pot with chicken broth and cook until almost done. Drain but reserve broth. Put Potatoes and reserved broth back in pot and add celery and onion mixture along with all the butter left in the pan. Turn heat on low and add evaporated milk and regular milk to the consistency that you want. At the end add cheese to the bowl as you are serving it. Sometimes I add sour cream and bacon.
