1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms sliced
6 green onions sliced
1 med sweet red pepper chopped
2 TBS. butter
1 3/4 cups of cubed cooked ham (I sometimes dice up the deli sliced ham)
1/4 cup flour
1 3/4 cups milk
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Combine cheeses and sprinkle into a greased 9x13 pan. In a large skillet saute mushrooms, onions and red pepper in butter. Stir in ham. Spoon over the cheese. In a bowl combine the flour, eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over ham mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 min before baking. Bake uncovered at 350º for 35-45 minutes. Let stand for 5-10 min. before serving.
