3-4 Cups Left over Beef, Steak or Roast - Diced
3-4 Cups Cooked and Diced Potatoes
6 Slices of Cooked Crispy Bacon
1 Small Onion

Directions:
Directions:
Dice the beef, steak or roast into bite size pieces. Dice cooked potatoes into bite size pieces. Fry the bacon and remove from the pan. Add the meat, potatoes and onion to the pan with the bacon grease and fry until some what crisp. Crumble the bacon and add to the pan. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
