1 small box Americana tapioca pudding(cook and serve)
1 small box vanilla pudding (cook and serve)
16 oz. can chunky peaches
1 16 oz. can mandarin oranges
1 20 oz. can pineapple chunks
2 large bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Drain fruit and reserve liquid. if juices don't make 3 cups add water to make 3 cups of liquid. Combine with puddings and cook in microwave for 5-7 minutes until thick. Add fruit mix well cool.

My mom and I took a microwave cooking class many moons ago and this was one of the recipes we did. It's a great salad and quick to make.
