1 c. Butter
1 c. Sugar
1 c. Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 c. Pecans or Cashews, chopped
3 c. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Cream of Tartar
1/4 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the butter and pour over white and brown sugars. Beat in eggs. Add nuts and sifted dry ingredients. Shape dough into three narrow rolls. Wrap and refrigerate or freeze until firm.

Slice and bake at 375º for 10 minutes.
