2 TBsp Vegetable Oil
1 Cup Minute Rice, uncooked
1 med Onion, chopped fine
1/2 med Green Bell Pepper, chopped fine
2 Cups Chicken or Beef Broth
1 Can (10 oz) Diced Tomatoes
1 tsp Chili Powder (OR Cheyenne Powder)
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Minced Garlic

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute Onions, Garlic & Green Pepper till tender
2. Stir in uncooked Rice. Stir & cook until browned
3. Add Broth, Tomatoes & seasoning. Stir together
4. Reduce heat, Cover & Simmer for 30 minutes or until Rice is cooked and all liquid is absorbed.
