graham crackers
4 c rhubarb chunks
4 eggs
2 c sugar
1 tbsp flour
1/2 c evaporated milk
1/2 pkg lemon cake mix
1/2 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Line bottom of 9X13 pan with graham crackers. Spread cut-up rhubarb over crackers. Beat eggs, mix in sugar, flour, and evaporated milk. Pour over rhubarb. Sprinkle about 1/2 pkg lemon or yellow cake mix over mixture and drizzle with 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine. Bake at 350º on top rack for 45 minutes to an hour.
