1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup water
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter extract

1/4 cup pecans (optional)
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup white sugar

Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla or rum extract
1/2 tsp. butter extract
2 tsp. milk.

Combine cinnamon and sugar and set aside.

Combine cake mix, pudding, oil, water, eggs, vanilla and butter extract. Mix for 8 minutes.

Grease Bundt pan. Sprinkle pecans on the bottom of the pan (if using). Sprinkle 1/3 of the cinnamon and sugar mixture in the pan. Pour 1/3 of the batter into pan. Sprinkle with half of the remaining cinnamon and sugar on top of batter. Pour 1/3 of batter into the pan. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon and sugar. Pour remaining batter into pan.

Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes. Meanwhile, mix all glaze ingredients. Once the cake is done, let cool 8 minutes. Pour glaze over cake while still warm.
