6-8 Pork Chops with or with out bones
2 eggs
Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
parmesan cheese
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Melt stick of butter in oven in pan that pork chops will cook in. After butter is melted pork chops will be placed on baking pan after coated with crackers. Wash pork chops and tenderize the chops. Beat eggs in a bowl. Crumble Ritz crackers add cheese and pepper to the crackers in another bowl. Coat pork chops in egg. Then coat with cracker mixture. Then place pork chops in baking pan that has the already melted butter. Bake total for about 45 minutes. Half way through cooking flip the pork chops over so that it will crisp on both sides.
