225g Mushrooms (sliced) - preferably brown ones
Dash or 2 of Lemon juice
2 tbsp Dijon grain mustard
1/4 pint (3/4 cup) Whipping cream beaten until fairly stiff
Salt
Freshly ground pepper
1 tbsp of Finely chopped parsley - or more!

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle sliced mushrooms with dash of lemon juice. Stir mustard into beaten cream - fold mushrooms gently into the cream. Sprinkle parsley on top of mixture once you have transferred it into a bowl.

Serve with bread/buns - or as a salad
