1 pkg. cream cheese - softened
1/4 cup butter
1/3 green onions - finely chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 loaf bread crusts removed
1/3 cup butter - to butter bread before toasting

2 cups of Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup fresh parsley - chopped

Directions:

BLEND cream cheese, 1/4 cup butter, onions and mayo until smooth.

PREHEAT oven to 400ºF. Butter bread and toast until golden brown. Quarter each slice. Allow to cool.

MIX Parmesan cheese and parsley in small bowl.

SPOON a heaping tbsp. of cream cheese mixture onto toasted square and gently dip into Parmesan mixture.

BAKE for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
