2 squares unsweetened chocolate
2 Tablespoons butter together
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 ½ cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour milk
(Make sour milk by mixing 1 Tablespoon vinegar into 1 cup milk)
Directions:

Melt unsweetened chocolate and butter together
Add sugar and egg
Beat in vanilla
Sift together: flour, baking soda & salt

Add to chocolate & sugar mixture

Beat in sour milk until smooth

Bake 350º 30-40 minutes in 2 small greased & floured layer cake pans or other square/oblong pan
