Dough:
2 c. warm water
1/4 c. oil
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
3 cups flour
Mix. Then add approximately 3 more cups of flour. Let rest for at least 1/2 hour.

Potato and Cheese Stuffing
4 c. mashed hot potatoes (peeled, boiled and mashed)
1/2 c. Cheez Whiz (add depending on taste choice)
Salt and pepper to taste
Refrigerate and cool before using.

To assemble perogies, use a rolling pin or pasta machine to roll the dough out to the desired thickness. Then a small drinking cup can be used as a circle cutter to cut the perogy dough to the right size. Then stuff with stuffing and pitch around the edges. Freeze them on cookie sheets before placing in freezer bags.
