1 pkg. Crescent rolls
1-8 oz. can, jar or fresh sauerkraut, drained well
2 T. Thousand Island Dressing
8 deli thin slices corned beef or pastrami(about 8 oz.)
2 slices Swiss cheese, cut in ½ inch strips(16)

Directions:
Directions:
Separate crescent rolls. Combine sauerkraut with dressing. Spread 1 T. on rolls. Place one slice meat on top. Top with 2 strips cheese. Roll up beginning at wide end of roll. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375° for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately. Makes 8 full or 16 half servings.

THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup ketchup
¼ cup sweet pickle relish
⅛ tsp. garlic powder
In small mixing bowl combine all ingredients well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use..
