1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 3/4 cups of rolled oats
1 cup of white sugar
1/2 rasins
1/2 semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 chopped nuts (optional)
1/2 melted shortening
1/2 melted butter
1 egg
1/4 milk
1 tbsp of molasses

Preheat oven to 350º
In large bowl stir together flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients
Drop by teaspoon 1-1/2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets (make the cookies small)
Bake for 12 minutes or until brown
