per person- one potato
(non-gluten) brown rice flour
butter
salt & pepper
milk
paprika & parsley for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and thinly slice (1/8") potatoes. In greased casserole dish, layer potatoes with sprinkled rice flour, &salt & pepper (sparingly), until almost filled. Pour about half full with milk, then dot with butter, and sprinkle paprika on top. Bake @ 350ºF for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until potatoes are tender. Garnish with fresh parsly before serving.
