1 lb Medjool Dates (about 25)
1/2 lb thinly sliced proscuitto
log chevre goat cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Slice one inch off of Chevre log. Cut lengthwise in half, then cut each half into 1 by 1/4 inch sections.
Slice date with small paring knife and remove pit. Stuff with goat cheese. Wrap with proscuitto. Repeat with all dates.
