2 cans of cream of celery or mushroom soup
3/4 -1 cup milk
3 cups broccoli flowerets
3 cups cauliflower flowerets
3/4 cheddar cheese, shredded
4 Tbsp bread crumbs

Optional - chunks of chicken

PREHEAT oven to 350F

PREPARE 9x13 casserole dish, sprayed with cooking spray

IN medium bowl mix soup & milk together until well blended

ADD broccoli & cauliflower in dish, then pour the soup mixture on top of the veggies, sprinkle with cheese & bread crumbs

BAKE in oven for approx. 45mins, or until veggies are soft

TIP: You can blanch the veggies in a pot of boiling water for about 10mins to speed up the cooking time in the oven

Variation - adding chunks of cooked chicken in with the veggies
