3 c. flour
1 tsp salt
3 T. shortening
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and salt in large bowl. Make a well and put eggs in and beat. Add 1 cup boiling water or chicken stock.slowly. Roll on flour. Let sit 20 minutes covered. Thicken soup with flour and milk.
