3 cups saskatoons
1 1/4 cups chopped rhubarb
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Combine brown sugar, flour and oatmeal in a medium bowl. Cut in margarine with a pastry blender (or your hands) until mixture resembles course meal.
Combine fruit in 3-4 litre casserole. Drizzle fruit with honey. Sprinkle topping over fruit. Bake at 375º for 45 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream. Serves 8.
