Directions:
1. Cube the cheese into small squares (like 1/2' square). Put in the Official Pea Salad Bowl. If you don't have the Official Pea Salad Bowl, and do not have a yellow Tupperware bowl like Great Grandma Andy's, I wish you well. Just put them in a large bowl.
2. Chop the green onions and put them in the bowl too.
3. Boil the noodles and rinse them in cold water. Put these in the bowl as well.
4. Put the peas in the bowl.
5. Scoop the mayonnaise into the bowl and stir well.
6. Refrigerate overnight and serve the next day.

BIG IMPORTANT KEY POINT: Have fun and enjoy!!!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Pea salad is present at all official Narveson occasions. The original pea salad maker, my Great-Grandma Margaret "Andy" Anderson, had a yellow Tupperware bowl she referred to as her Pea Salad Bowl. When Grandma died, Sean Narveson (a/k/a crazy uncle Sean) took over Pea Salad Duty for official Narveson Family Functions. Over time, there have been occasions where Uncle Sean was not in attendance, and the pea salad was missed. To prevent such a tragedy from happening ever again, I convinced Uncle Sean to divulge the recipe. He did so with one caveat: HE KEPT THE BOWL. I have been told that pea salad made without the use of the Official Pea Salad Bowl would not taste as good. Make it and you be the judge.
