3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 cups zucchini
1 tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 cups flour
¾ cup nuts
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix first 4 ingredients. Then add the last half.

2. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.

Nuts are optional.
