1 pkg. dry yeast
1 cup of warm water
1/3 tsp. salt
2 tsp. oil
3 cups of flour (1/2 cup extra if too wet and to shape into ball)

PREHEAT oven to 450F

IN medium bowl, add warm water and yeast. add salt, oil and flour.

KNEAD by hand or using stand mixer, until ball is formed. If necessary sprinkle with additional flour to make less sticky.

PLACE dough ball in greased bowl, roll ball in bowl. Let rise in a warm place for approx. 1 hr. or doubled in size.

ROLL our ball or form by hand. Top pizza with your favourite ingredients.

BAKE for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown
