1 cup warm water
1 packet yeast
1/2 tsp sugar
1 Tbls oil
1 tsp salt
3 cups flour (add 1/4 cup more if sticky)

Directions:
In a tupperware bowl dissolve yeast in warm water, sprinkle with sugar. Add oil, salt and flour. Blend until dough removes from edge and not sticky (add more flour if needed), Place lid on gently. Place near a warm area until it pops (approximately 15-20 minutes).

Line a pan with parchment paper and spread dough to desired thickness, add sauce, cheese and any favorite toppings. If while rolling out the dough it is a little sticky, just dust your hands and rub top of dough to continue rolling out. Bake at 425º 15-20 minutes until done.

We made 4 small individual pizzas which was fun with grandkids.
