2-2 3/4 cups flour (2 3/4 works best)
3 large eggs
1-4 tbsp. lukewarm H20 (3T works best)
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and salt together. Rub in butter like you do a pie crust. Beat the eggs and water; gradually add to flour mixture until dough forms a large ball. Run thru pasta maker in desired noodle shape. Set aside to dry or hang from a rack.
