2 boxes lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
2 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, smashed.
2 T. tomato paste
1 16 oz can cut tomatos
3-4 cans tomato sauce (small cans)
1 can mushrooms
1 can sliced black olives
1 block sharp cheddar cheese, sliced
1 large block mozzerella cheese, sliced
1 carton small curd cottage cheese
dried parsely

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, onion and garlic together. Add tomato paste, cut tomatoes, tomato sauce, mushrooms, and olives. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Add parsely flakes to cottage cheese.

In pan, layer: sauce, lasagna noodles (all one way), cheddar cheese, mozzerella cheese, dabs of cottage cheese, sauce, lasagna noodles (the other direction), cheddar cheese, mozzerella cheese, dabs of cottage cheese. REPEAT until pan is full. Finish with sauce.

Bake at 350º for approximately 45 minutes.
