7 oz. pkg ditalini pasta or elbow macaroni, cooked al dente
6-8 slices bacon
2 T. vinegar
1 T. onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. mustard (or to taste)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped radish
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon and set aside; reserve 2 tablespoons bacon grease. Fry onions in bacon grease until soft. Add vinegar, salt and pepper. Cook 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.

Mix pasta, mustard mayo and vegetables. Add bacon and onion mixture. Mix well and serve.

Ditalini pasta is a short macaroni pasta. It looks like a very small tube.

This salad can be served warm or can be refrigerated and served cold.
