8 oz. sour cream
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 2lb. bag frozen hash browns
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Place into a greased baking pan. Cook at 350º for 1 hour.
