2 bunches broccoli flowerettes
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup toasted pecans
1/2 cup purple onion, thinly sliced
12 slices bacon, cooked crisp, drained and chopped
1 1/2 cups mayo
3/4 sugar
3 Tbl apple cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:

In a small saucepan, mix sugar & apple cider vinegar, heat just until sugar is dissolved. Then add mayo and combine.

Toast pecans, either in skillet in butter or oven. Watch carefully, not to burn.

In a large bowl combine, broccoli flowerettes, raisins, toasted pecans, onion & bacon. Add dressing and coat well. Store in fridge.
