1 bunch fresh asparagus
2-3 Tbl olive oil
2-3 Tbl balsamic vinegar
Kosher salt/ coarse pepper
1 lemon, juiced

Directions:
Directions:
Chop off the tough bottom of each stalk. If the asparagus is tough, you can use a peeler on the bottom 1/3 of each stalk. Place asparagus in large zip-lock baggie. Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt & pepper and place in zip-lock baggie. Refrigerate until ready to bake.

Bake in preheated 425 deg oven for 30 min (or until done but not limp). Check for doneness. Remove from oven and place on platter, drizzle lemon juice on top.
